Baldwin Fine Line Adhesive is produced only as a raw material subject to permanent
checks. The narrow tolerances may also lead to the situation in which of several raw
material charges only a few are used. Furthermore, each charge is checked and
documented during and after manufacture, with samples stored for back-checks for at least one year.
Baldwin Fine Line Adhesive has been specially developed for the MicroSet Installation, with the following characteristics:
Homogeneous even after lengthy transport and storage;
Lower viscosity to a narrow tolerance;
Low thixotropy;
Suitable for external packaging in food areas;
Slow-curing;
Easily re-soluble;
Compatible with all materials encountered in MicroSet;
Compatible with softeners and rinsing materials for MicroSet.
Note: this adhesive must always be protected from frost or direct sunlight during storage and transport. Ideal storage and working temperature lies in the range 15° C to 25° C.
Delivery: approx one week after receipt of order and clarification of all technical details.
